Alexis Speth
Program Director
Alexis first became involved with Green County Prevention Partnership (then Better Brodhead) as a high school volunteer, where she discovered a passion for making a difference in her community. Her dedication led her back to the organization as a part-time Media Coordinator, and through hard work and strong leadership, she now serves as the Program Director. In this role, Alexis oversees a variety of initiatives focused on mental health awareness, youth engagement, substance use prevention, and stigma reduction. She is also currently pursuing certification to become an AODA (Alcohol and Other Drug Abuse) counselor in Wisconsin, with the goal of offering more direct support to individuals and families affected by addiction. Known for her compassion and energy, Alexis brings both professionalism and heart to her work.
Outside the office, she enjoys boating, four-wheeling, online shopping, and spending time with her family and her beloved dog.

Kristia Santiago
Bilingual Project Coordinator
Kristia Santiago has lived in Brodhead her whole life and graduated in 2006 from Brodhead High School. She has created a beautiful family with four amazing children.
Most of you may know her as Tia, and from her days of working in the food service industry. Being in this line of work, she has become very close to the community and decided that she needed to be a part of something bigger.
In June 2022, she took her role as Bilingual Community Service Coordinator. After losing two people close to her due to drug overdoses, she knew that this was the job she was searching for.
She spends her free time with her four beautiful children, her dog, and two cats. Family is everything to her, and she wouldn’t change it for anything.
