START

The START training is a 90-minute online session designed to equip individuals with the skills to identify signs of suicidal thoughts and intervene to ensure safety.

This program offers accessible support resources and utilizes innovative online learning techniques, such as interactive simulations.

It is recommended for anyone aged 15 and above interested in learning life-saving techniques, or those aged 13 and above with parental guidance.

• Initiate a direct and honest conversation about suicide.
• Connect individuals with further assistance.

How START improves community safety:

START enhances participants’ understanding of the various ways suicide can impact community members. Upon completion, each participant becomes a crucial element in a safety network, supporting individuals considering suicide, reducing their sense of isolation, and aiding them in accessing the necessary help for safety and hope.
