B.A.C.K.

About B.A.C.K.

Brodhead Area Children’s Klub (BACK) is offered on early release days at Brodhead Middle School, giving students a safe, welcoming, and structured space to spend their afternoon. The program is designed to help middle school youth strengthen social skills, make lasting friendships, and feel supported both emotionally and socially.

Under the guidance of caring adults, participants can take part in a variety of enrichment activities, including sports and active games to encourage teamwork and healthy competition; cooking activities that build life skills and confidence in the kitchen; creative arts and crafts projects that allow for self-expression; and mini lessons that focus on building healthy relationships, communication skills, and respect for self and others.

By providing engaging, supervised activities on early release days, BACK offers more than just fun—it serves as a positive alternative to risky or unsupervised situations. Parents can feel reassured knowing their children are in a safe, encouraging environment that promotes growth, connection, and positive decision-making.
